What are your regular office hours?

Our clinic hours are 8:30am - 8:00pm, Saturday through Wednesday, and 8:30am - 4:00pm on Thursday.

Do I need to bring anything special to my first visit?

It will be helpful if you bring to all your visits your Emirates ID (or other government-issued ID). Also, any forms or test results that you have been provided, such as x-rays and lab results (from other facilities).

What types of medical services do you provide?

At this time, we offer services in the following specialties: Psychiatry, Dental, Dietetic, Plastic Surgery & Cosmetology.

What should I do if I miss my appointment?

We are sorry you could not make it to your appointment. Kindly call the clinic to reschedule your appointment at the soonest availability.

Do I have to be referred by a doctor?

No, our physicians can assess and treat without referral by a doctor.

We recommend that you arrive at the check-in desk at least 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to ensure that there is enough time to check-in and complete all pre-appointment paper work.

We speak Arabic, English, Serbian, Macedonian, and Tagalog.

Unfortunately we do not currently accept insurance yet, but we are glad to provide you a reimbursement form to submit to your insurance.

Yes, there is parking available at and around our clinic.
